How team billing works
Designed for organizations that need centralized billing and flexible member-level balance management.
Each team member gets $45/month that resets every billing cycle. Unused monthly balance does not roll over.

Admins can add extra balance to individual members. These top-ups stay until used or expire after 1 year.

Billing cycle and proration
Inviting to existing seats
When you purchase seats upfront, invited members receive their full $45 balance when they join, no matter when in the billing cycle.
Adding new seats mid-cycle
When purchasing additional seats mid-cycle, both the seat cost and member balance are prorated. At the next billing cycle, the member syncs to the full $45 balance.
Removing seats
Seat reductions take effect at the next billing cycle. You continue paying for current seats this month. The removed member's balance is forfeited.
Monthly renewal
Only active members are charged on renewal. Pending invites do not count toward your bill. All active members get their $45 balance reset.
